1. How quickly can we have our chimney serviced?
We are typically booked out at least 2 weeks throughout the year.
2. Will there be a mess?
We strive to be as mess-free as possible. However, soot buildup is unpredictable.
3. Can we burn a fire before you arrive?
We would prefer the fire to have been out for a few hours before we arrive.
4. How accurate are appointment times?
Please keep in mind we are a service business just like plumbers or electricians. We give an estimated time frame of when we will arrive.
Many factors may prevent us from being on time, from travel conditions to issues in the appointment prior to yours.
We strive to be on time but please reach out if you have any questions.

5. Is there a fee for cancelling an appointment?
UPDATED 4/23/2024: Due to being a small business, cancellations cause our business to stop thriving. We do our best to limit rescheduling you to emergencies only, we ask the same of our valued customers. We understand life happens and will take that into consideration.
IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 hours before your appointment there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged.
IF YOU CANCEL OVER 24 hours before your appointment, no fees will occur.
We travel significant amounts around NEA and Southeast Missouri, cancelling a couple of hours before an appointment sets us up to not only be out of time but financially as well.
