Hello and welcome to our website! My name is Darrell Pipes and I'm your local chimney sweep. My wife, Robyn, and I bought NEA Chimney Sweep in 2018 and changed the name to NEA Chimney Services. We have continued to grow each year with this 2022 season being our most significant yet.
We have five beautiful children at home. Our daughters attend college while my wife homeschools our three sons. We believe in working hard and putting God first.
I worked nearly twenty years at a local factory in Jonesboro, Arkansas before jumping into owning and operating NEA Chimney Services.
It's been a journey that God has blessed us with as we have started new relationships and had many faith-building days.

This is the first year that we have had Robyn at home full-time. She is the one that will answer the phone for scheduling when she is available or answer social media messages.
We implemented a new phone system to help regulate the large volume of calls and tried to eliminate the most frequently asked questions.
